Does NBU error codes differ for different versions of Windows

Hi All,

 

Wanted to checl some thing regarding NBU error code.

I'am having problen using NBU with different version of windows.

It return different error code while i was trying emulated some negatuve scenario.

 

Just wanted to confirm whether it is true that it returns error codes differently?

The codes you are getting returned could be a result of where in the NetBackup process the failure is occurring e.g. job failing for same client could fail initially with 58 "can't connect to client" & then with 54 "timed out connecting to client".
