EMM interface initialization failed, status = 333 Netbackup 6.5.5

Hi anyone knows why have this error, "EMM interface initialization failed, status = 333"  This error appears in the event viewer, the machine is a Windows 2003 (Media Server).

The netbackup versión is 6.5.5, the master server is a Windows 2003 with the same version.


All works fine, i can backup and restore files but the event viewer  send this message about a 4 minutes....

Any ideas to clean this messages in the activity monitor.

Not the exact error.. but may give you some idea on where to start to troubleshoot..

1) Please check if Removable Storage Manager Service is set to Disabed on Windows Media Server.

2) Check connectivty of the Media Server with EMM by using nbemmcmd -listhosts -verbose on EMM and Media Server.

3) If this does not fix we may need to look at VxUL logs for "nbemm"
