ERR - Error encountered while attempting to get additional files for System State:\

Backup on Win 2003 server is copleting with status code 1. below is the brief details of error.

08/08/2013 19:08:18 - Warning bpbrm (pid=14357) from client mddkcphtscet004: WRN - old TIR info file 'C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\tir_info\C\NetBackup_file_info.MDDKCPHTSCET001-004' is missing. Backing up everything in 'C:'
08/08/2013 20:00:22 - Warning bpbrm (pid=14357) from client mddkcphtscet004: WRN - can't open object: Shadow Copy Components:\System Service\Event Logs\Event Logs (BEDS 0xE0009421: No component files present on the snapshot.)

I tried google about this, except upgrade NB client i don't get relevant answers.

for refeence i have attached bpbkar file.

NB Server: 7.5.0.6

NB Clinet: 6.5.4

Client OS: Win Server 2003

Could you please help to fix it.

1. Verify no backup jobs are active for the client, run vssadmin list writers on the affected client: confirm all writers are listed as State: [1] Stable

 

2. If any writers are not in a stable state, reboot the client to reset the writers

 

3. Check the Windows Open File Backup setting on the master server to ensure VSS is being used
Host Properties > Master Servers > (master) > Client Attributes > Windows Open File Backups tab
Ensure the client name is added to this list, then highlight client in the list, and select 'Use Microsoft Volume Shadow Service (VSS)'

 

4. This error can also happen if the snapshot size exceeds the snapshot maximum size 'Use limit' configured for the volume.  If this happens, Windows will automatically delete the snapshot, even though NetBackup still wants to use it.

I tried steps mentioned above but no luck. any other solutions please.

Your bpbkar log mentions junctions, so perhaps this one applies?  It's really the only other doc I got:
