Error 294 for Weekly vault in Netbackup 6.0

Hello,

We have an netbackup 6.0 installed on the solaris 10 servers. And when ever ( noramlly we do run vault jobs on each monday ) run the vault jobs , the error comes is 294 for the vault of OS .But ,the vaulting job stands complete ,when we chekc it in detail .

Our tape library & drive  is -L180 & LTO2

Iam confused why does this error actually pops up ever week ?

Can you check summary.log from following location

/usr/openv/netbackup/vault/sessions/<vault_name>/<vault_sid>

can you see any failed.images or duped.images in the same path
