Such as making sure all of your drives were up and available?  And making sure that your stu is configured for the correct density?

Can you paste the output from vxlogview for the job ID of the failed restore job?

I don't  know if that is right but is takyng too long to  me

is that normal??

I typically do not check anything written by unified logging, so I'm not sure how long it should take.  Maybe someone else that has a need to check the unified logs on a regular basis could better answer that question.

The technote below is where I found the vxlogview command, and the suggestions to check the stu and the drives were there.

http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/278533.htm

Here's another technote I found where there seems to be a big that requires ltid to be restarted - not sure if it applies to your version of NBU:
