Previosly backup excute successfully & my other server perform backup successfully.

If you have urgent issues, it is best to log a call with Symantec Support.

All of us trying to assist on the forum have busy day-time jobs and help here in our own time. So, there is never a guarantee that someone will be online to assist the very moment that you experience problems...

To get back to the backup failure - you need one more log on the SAP client: backint.
Ensure folder has 777 permissions before you try another backup.

See in backint log if you have similar errors to this: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH182619

Other logs that are important:

On master: bprd (NBU needs to be restarted to enable this log)

On media server: bptm and bpbrm

For now - backint is the 1st log that we need to look at. That will tell us which other logs may be needed.

Please copy the log file to backint.txt and upload as File attachment.

SAP backup failing with status 3 , followed by status 6

There are various other T/N's around but are related 'normal' backups or user archives (just Google "valid archive image produced, but no files deleted due to non-fatal problems" with the failures being a consequence of "... the nblog.conf file on the client was missing or corrupt."

problem on permission of CIO on fstab (/etc/filesystem) after edit fstab and reboot issue resolve.
