Showing many error in activity monitor error is wating for retry (50). and i am also unable to cancel and delete this jobs. So how to delete this jobs.

Which netbackup version you are using???
Even if you delete manually, those ghost jobs will come back again...
This issue is addressed in NetBackup 7.1.0.2.
