Error while backup mailbox

hi,

i get error when I'm backing up one of the mailbox(VIP user)
i get this error :

how can i fined up which items the backup cant backup and what is the broblem.

Verify the user account that starts the NetBackup Client Service. The account must have Exchange Full Administrator rights and Local Administrative rights on the Exchange server.
Look in bpbkar log on Exchange server for details.
Please let us know what NBU and Exchange versions are.
