Exchange 2008 on NB 7.0.1

Wondering if anybody else had this issue.

Upgraded all my exchange servers to 7.0.1

I have 2 groups of servers.

One has a very small group of people on it.

So for my backup selection I went with the Microsoft Information Store.

But the other one was large so I went with backing up each Storage group.

So  Microsoft Information Store/ Storage Group 1

....

My issue after the upgrade is on the large server a browse could not go below the MIS.

Which means the backups also failed to go below the MIS.

Backups just Failed because it could not see the Storage Groups.

...

But the little server that just went as low as the MIS works just fine.

....

I had to take the big one back down to 6.5.5 work it can backup by storage group just fine.

anybody else have issues with this?

See if the logon account for NBU Client Service was changed/replaced with the upgrade?

I was not doing GRT so no special account was required.  We have never had a special account for the backups.  Just so long as they are installed as an admin all works great.

Now it could be that 7.x requires that?  Don't know yet, working with support as to why it could not see the Storage groups.
