A full backup would; a copy backup would not.
I'm not sure if you can in fact check this directly in netbackup, but there are ways I suppose. For example you could look at the number of files backed up - do a full and a copy and compare the difference. Or you could look at the transaction log directory and see the file list before/after a backup. Or you could trust netbackup that if it exits with a "0" status that it in fact truncated the logs.
