Can we take a step back and start from the beginning?

Where are you starting the restore from?

What is the destination client?

What is exact NBU patch level on DAG nodes?
There was a bug in some NBU 7.6 version related to GRT restores...

Ok, Just updated the NBU version on both the DAG nodes to 7.6.0.3.

It is restoring fine now.

Which node of the DAG server?

If memory serves me right, the restore should go to the CAS server.

Please ensure that all DAG nodes are configured as per this TN: http://www.veritas.com/docs/000068163  (look at point 4 onwards)

and that all relevant logs exists on all DAG nodes.
