Exchange SnapShoot backup issue

Hello Gurus,

We have a problem about exchange backup with snap shoot method. I am received status code 130 , when i close snap shoot i can not  backed up information store , any body seen this before . Thanks

You need to enable the bpfis debug log on the client. The bpfis debug log contain all messages related to snapshot creation.

Update:
exchange backups are failing - snapshot creation failed status 130

You can't fix it remote. You need to login on the client.

Why not try a non snap Exchange backup to verify the "basic" works ?
