Exchange differential granular backup failed with status code 130

HI-

 I am facing Exchange differential granular backup failed with status code 130, it failed with following error.

Can any one suggest to solve the issue.

Please create the bpfis folder on the Exchange server and post the log as attachment after next failure.

Windows 2003 is known for VSS 'issues'. Please confirm status of VSS writers on Exchange server:

vssadmin list providers
vssadmin list writers

Check Event Viewer Application log for errors.

Recommended VSS hotfix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940349

Please share all relevant info:

NBU version on Master, Media server and Exchange Client
Exchange version
OS on Master, Media server and Exchange Client

You will need bpfis log on mbx-01 to troubleshoot snapshot error.
Ensure bpfis log folder exists in <install-path>\veritas\netbackup\logs.

Please post this log as attachment after the next failure.

NBU version on Master, Media server and Exchange Clien:  7.1.0.2

Exchange version: 2007

OS on Master, Media server: Windows 2008 std server

OS on Exchange Client: Windows  2003 Ent Server

 

bpfis logs folder is not avilable in mbx-01 server

Please create the bpfis folder on the Exchange server and post the log as attachment after next failure.

Does  Full Backup works fine.

Does this issue persist only with Diff/Incr backup

Check if Exchange admins, if they have enabled Circular logging on DB or not. If it is enabled thhey Diff/Incr won't work as transaction logs gets truncated to save disk space.
