Exchange incremental backup failed

My Manual incremental backup of Exchange is working fine. But when my auto backup trigger for exchange incremental backup it fails.

My bpbkar logs are attached for reference and Activity Monitor detail is below

STATUS CODE 1: When incremental backups of an Exchange database are attempted, and circular logging is enabled, the backup fails with a NetBackup Status Code 1 (the requested operation was partially successful).

STATUS CODE 1: When incremental backups of an Exchange database are attempted, and circular logging is enabled, the backup fails with a NetBackup Status Code 1 (the requested operation was partially successful).

The reason is clear:


Incremental and differential backups are not possible because Microsoft Exchange is configured for circular logging
Extract from NBU for Exchange Admin Guide:
Caution: Differential incremental and cumulative incremental backup types fail if database circular logging is configured for the Exchange Server. See Microsoft’s Exchange Server Administration Guide for more information on configuring circular logging.
