Exchange mailbox restore fails

Using Netbackup Enterprise 6. MP4

I have to restore mailbox items to a different mailbox and each attempt fails.  The files are on an older HCART2 and being read in a unit that writes HCART3.

i have imported from these tapes fine but now need to restore.

i keep receiving the following:

the restore failed to recover the requested files (5)

Time is critical.

Netbackup is picky..

had to change the robot device to reflect tape settings HCART2

then restores worked fine
