Exchnage 2012sp2 exchange replication writer showing status 5

we ware using NBU 7.5.0.4 on windows2012R2 sp1

exchage on dag2010 with 2 node ..OS windows2008 R2, Exchange 2010 sp2

for a particular node exchange backup not working,snap shot showing completed but

backup session not starting ..

exchange replication writer showing  status 5 (waiting for completion).

we have open a support ticket with symantec and suggested with client  upgrdation but issue is still same

have any one any suggestion.?

This seems to be a Microsoft issue, not NBU?

Any errors in Event Viewer Application log?

may not be the case

in job details it is showing snap completed

but child backup session is not starting seems

session is in hung state.

we have upgraded client to 7.0.5 and now not showing  status 5 (waiting for completion).

we are getting error ..exchnage replica writer showing failed and in  retriable state .

snapshot getting failed with status system error occurred(130).

we started taking active copy instead of passive copy

starts without error
