Exclude directory for VCB backup?

Hi,

Is it possible to exclude directories for a particular VMs in VCB backup? Will the data stored on the tape be the same size since its a flashbackup policy? Will it have any impact on backup performance?

A VCB backup is a image of the VMDK file on the ESX server. You therefor can't use the normal Netbackup exclude/include lists.
