I saw these 2 options recently in technotes FAILOVER_RESTORE_MEDIA_SERVERS and FORCE_RESTORE_MEDIA_SERVER
FORCE_RESTORE_MEDIA_SERVER i have used this particular option when we were using tape restore.
can somebody explain me FAILOVER_RESTORE_MEDIA_SERVERS and FORCE_RESTORE_MEDIA_SERVER differences

Failover will only be applied when 1st media server is down. Original media server remains default restore server for backups it has written.
Force Restore will do exactly that - force all restores for 1st media server to 2nd media server.
