Failed backups - assistance, please!

Hello

Looking through the Admin Console 6.0, we have two drives with one showing as active and the other as down. Under 'Drive Path' I can see MISSING_DRIVE:(followed by alpha-numeric characters). The 'Last Cleaning Time' was 8th Dec.

Could anyone please shed some light on how I may correct this issue, please?

Possibly a config issue but any more info? ( The more the merrier )

OS of master/media?

Drive visible to OS?

In library or standalone?

Any hardware changes recently? (e.g. replacement of tape drive)

Is drive 'physically' healthy? (e.g. jammed tape, loose cable)

SSO utilised?
