Fibre channel failover for tape out

Sortid
Level 6

Hi, I've got a 5220 appliance which I will be connecting FC ports for tape out.  I want to connect the two ports in a failover configuration.  Can anyone advise how I do this please.  Running 2.5.3, soon to be 2.6.0.1.

We have another 5220 appliance with this already set up, but not being a linux guy I have no idea how to check this.

Thanks.

I think it is - take a look at this T/N (old but I guess it still apply):

DOCUMENTATION: Enabling multiple robotic paths from a single media server for highly available tape libraries in NetBackup 6.5.2
