File size changed after restore

Dear all
I got a serious problem with my restored files. I backed up files on Windows 2003 Server. When I restored the file that size are around 2 GB, the actual size that was restored to my harddisk is 400 MB and unusable.

Anybody who used to experience the situation like me, please help.....

I don't encounter this error before, i believe this problem is unique to your environment. Try to log a case with VERITAS support.

Please update this forum and share with us if you found out the problem.
