Forcing NetBackup to take another tape

Anytimes in my job I get jobs falling with 86 error status: 

ioctl (MTFSF) failed on media id DFM277, drive index 3, I/O error (bptm.c.6787)

backup of client smsol002 exited with status 86 (media position error)

Can you tell me how start a new job forcing netbackup take another tape than the DFM277 tape ?

try freezing the media: bpmedia -m <media>

Try setting MEDIA_ERROR_THRESHOLD and/or DRIVE_ERROR_THRESHOLD.
