Getting error code 13 while trying to backup System_State:\

Hi Everyone, I will appreciate your advice with issue that we are facing lately with backup of two different W2K3 x64 servers:

Jobs are falling with error code 13. We replaced every network component involve and reinstall agent didn't solve it. I have noticed that backup of local drives works fine, and the job fails only while trying to backup “System_State:\”. It use to work in the past, and I’m not sure what was change since then
We are running NetBackup 5.1MP4

I have seen this when the 32-bit NetBackup client binaries was installed.
Have you confirmed that NB_51_4_M_280950.winnt.x64.exe (base x64 client software) is installed on your x64 clients?
Extract from README:
Windows 2003 x64 is not supported on the base CD-ROM version of NetBackup 5.1.
This is a new recompile of NetBackup software for 64-bit architecture.
Therefore, this separate NetBackup 5.1 MP4 container must be applied.

I have had similar issues while w2k3 wasn't patched with at least SP1.

Thanks for your quick response! unfortunately this is not the issue in my case, since I'm using the correct agent version. I'll open a ticket, will keep you posted
