I need a refresh for this statement - just cant remember -
How does changing the system time - 15 minutes backwards - affect NB in all aspects.
Does the master server need to be shutdown when doing so?

My recommendation is to shutdown NetBackup before you change the time. Make the change, then wait at least 16 minutes to start NetBackup again.
All images, logs, jobs contain timestamps and will get its 'knickers in knot' if updates need to be made with an earlier timestamp.
If you leave NBU down while the system time is 'catching up', it should have no effect.
