The problem appears to start when the installation process tries to create a new database (at 11:41:06 in your log).

There will hopefully be additional logs available in the NetBackup\logs\nbdb folder (though to be honest, I'm not sure where you will find this - try looking in the standard NetBackup installation folder and also in the \Programdata\Veritas\NetBackup folder.
My suspicion is that you have tried this installation a couple of times, and there is garbage left behind. Another item pointing to this is the following from early in the installation

What is pending on this server?
I'd try cleaning out the entire NetBackup software from the installed directories (and the registry key HKLM\Software\Veritas - including all it's subkeys) and starting again. As with any registry editing - use with caution and only perform if you understand what you are doing.
