Is it possible to have Linux Master Servers and Windows Media Servers?

We have a mixed Redhat and Windows 2008 environment.  I am exploring the possibility of using Redhat for the master server (2008 is not currently supported) but having both Windows and Redhat media servers.  Is it possible to use a mix of servers in NetBackup?
