Master server cannot backup it self !!!!

Hi Guys , 

       I used Netbackup 6.5 and my Master Server now cannot backup it self ( allocation failed(10)) i don't know why ?????

You did not mention O/S on master server?

of memory in the master server game doesnt seem like a lot to me

We deploy 16 GB minimum for our master servers.
