Media Server

I am new to the Netbackups world and I have been researching an issue I have had since I began.

I am using NB 7.6.1.1 with 1 MAster and 1 Media Server.

Open Storage: Data Domain DD690

When policies are running they are only running off of the Master server so it seems like the Load Balancing is not working. I have verified the Storage unit's properties are set to use any media server available.

Does media server has the access set for Data domain?

how many jobs are running when you see this behaiver...

becasue the netbackup load balancing does not work on number jobs it work on server rancking. which is being given by Netbackup automaticaly based on the server configuarions and previous history..

does both media and master server has same configurations.. CPU & RAM etc..?
