NB 5.0 MP5 System State Resotre Hangs from tape

Hello all. My issue:

1. Trying to restore a windows system state backup from tape.
2. The media was initially not on-site, but we have brought it back and successfully imported into our robot.
3. If I run a restore it hangs as an active job indefinitely. Some jobs remain in the clients list of active jobs and cannot be stopped.

My environment:

1 - Master Server - Windows 2003
2 - Media Servers - Solaris 9

Any and all help is welcome.

Open the library, remove the tapes from the tape drive manually, put the tapes you took out of the drives and stick them back into the library slots.

Close the doors

Stop all services bpps -a (all stoppped) on all Servers Master and Media? Now restart the Netbackup server and media servers.

Activity monitor clear?

Now look at the Media tree, is your restore tape in the list?

YES?

Try the restore now.
