I'm now using NBU 6.0 MP4 running on Windows 2003 Standard x64 server as the master server. When I configure a new policy with either "Flashbackup-Windows" or "MS-Windows-NT" Advanced Client Snapshot feature, the policy validation fails and prompts "snapshot method error". I try to change the snapshot method from auto to VSS or VSP and the validation error still appears. What steps do I miss in setting up new policy? Please help.
P.S. Basic (MS-Windows-NT) backup policy I configured is fine and works without problem.
