Hi,
We have a standalone NBU 6.5.4 Master server on Solaris sparc platform. We are planning to install a Geo cluster for the master server and migrate the existing setup there without affecting the production. What is the best way to achieve this
Is it possible to import the catalog backup to the new 7.5.4 Cluster
Thanks
Thomas

Backups can be imported from tape or disk, but catalogs cannot be imported.
Non-clustered catalogs can be upgraded to new version non-clustered NBU.
It is not possible to upgrade or migrate non-clustered installation to clustered installation without the assistance of a Consulting Partner.
Contact your local Symantec office for nearest Consulting Partner details.
