NBU 7.5 Exchange 2010 GRT recovery fails

Hello,

I have a problem with granular recovery of mailbox/public folder items. Backup has been set up aprox. 6 months ago. Then I have made some tests (how and if does it work) and it worked.

Now, it was necessary to recover few items but recover fails:

16:02:34 (28661.xxx) INF - Status = MS-Exchange-Server policy restore error.

Luckily I was able to recover whole DB, so it is not urgent now :)

I have tried to check something like this: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH185312

"Backup account" is exchange and domain admin, has applicationimpersonation role assigned, netbackup client service and netbackup legacy client service run under this accout, NFS services are installed..

Just one thing changed in last few months - I've recently upgraded exchange to SP2-rollup 3 and netbackup to 7.5.0.3

Same result is when I start BAR console from master server or mailbox server.

Have you any idea what's wrong ?

I re-checked all setting and according to this video, I set another account to "netbackup legacy network service". Error changed:

but as I mentioned, NFS services were ok.

Solution have I found here http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/restore-mail-grt-exchange-2010 , we have CAS array. When I specify CAS server (restore to) instead of CAS array name, recovery runs ok.

I was just partially successful. I can recover single items in mailbox, but public folders still fails with the same error:
