NDMP Backup failure Status code 24 or 13

Dear Experts,

NDMP backups are failing with error code 24 or 13 . Anyone has any experiecen with the same.

Problem is between bpbrm on NDMP media server and bpdbm on the master: "Error bpbrm (pid=22133) db_FLISTsend failed: file read failed (13)" Please ensure that the following log folders exisit: On master: bpdbm on master (restart NBU to enable log). On NDMP media server: bpbrm Please also tell us OS on master server and NDMP media server. Please post logs as File attachments.
