NDMP restores are failing.
This is NetBackup 5.1 running on Solaris 9. No recent configuration changes. Backups for this NetApp filer (3040) complete successfully. However restores fail with "Unable to find an NDMP drive in the requested storage unit for restore". The detailed status of the restore job from the acctivity monitor is as follows:

Double check the drives density via tpconfig -d to see if it is, eg HCART or HCART2. Compare this with the storage unit density you have configured for NDMP, ensure it matched, if needed, try to recreate the NDMP storage unit (use On demand only check box) to see if it helps.
Also, ensure that the device path is correct, in tpconfig -d, it should show something like /ndmp/nrst0a and double check your filer with sysconfig -t to confirm the path.
Hope this helps in some way..
