The Screendump is too small to see anything.

You are losing connectivity to the library?

Please do the following to start NBU Media Management daemons in verbose mode:

vi /usr/openv/volmgr/vm.conf

(add this line:)

VERBOSE

Stop/start NBU.

You will see hardware related logs in /var/adm/messages.

If connection to the robot is lost, you might need to double-check physical hardware connectivity - cables, terminators, Fibre/SCSI bridge (whatever connection method is used). There might be a SCSI cable that wasn't properly tightened when drive was replaced or even pins that got bent.

I'd be interested to see entries in /var/adm/messages.
