Hello all,
I am new to the Symantec forum…. I just recently got promoted with one of my duties include backups. The person who had been in the position got fired and now it is on me. Because of budgeting restraints no training will be given to me so I am learning on the fly and reading massive amount of documentation about the application. So my question is can anyone give me some tips about the application that over the years you have learned and possible some places that I can pick up some training on the fly. I have watched a couple of you tube videos that were very helpful but any other help would be great.
