NOM server e-mails

We are not recieving alert e-mail from our NOM server. I have an alert configured to alert us when a drive goes down and we never receive an e-mail. SMTP is configured correctly and the server is allowed to send e-mail according to the allow lists. Any ideas?

mp2 and mp4 are really needed for full it to work. have you tried sending mail using the mail command from the command line?

Both the master server and NOM are at MP4. How would I send mail using the command line?

Try using blat - a cool smtp program. Google and get it, all install instructions are there.
