Need help on Learning Symantec Netbackup

Hi all,

I am new to this forum, i am very much interested in learning Symantec Netbackup 7.5 version, as previously i was working as a backup admin rookie in an company hence I need to learn netbackup deeply. i wanted to start from basic and i want to move deeply. Need some help from the Netbackup Guru's, kindly suggest me some best and easy understanding ebooks, web links and very important is that i need to know wheather there is any Netbackup simulator software to learn.

I would recommend attending an on-site NetBackup 7.5 course. Also reading the documentation and if you have a test installation doing some practial testing,

Thanks for your replies. 

Iam trying to install netbackup 7.0 using vmware machines. I have build new vm and i installed symantec netbackup console, while iam trying to open netbackup administration console, it shows "unable to connect to the selected netbackup host" error.

 Please help on this, tell if im doing anything wrong or if anyone knows please tell me step by steps of building this.
