I'm new to this product. I have been assign to the task on making this work in our company. I have Netback 6.5 installed in our inviroment. I have the pleasure of having someone else from a 3rd party company setup our Netback for us. The only thing is we weren't ready for this yet so the product has sat for some time now. Now i'm heading this up. I have a backup working, but haven't been successful on the vaulting process. Any sort of direction would help me out. What I'm testing the vaulting process on is the catalog that is being backed up everyday. It seems to fail or tells me that there is no catalog to put on the tape. As if the product is working. I have it installed on 1 Master server (Windows 2003) and 2 Media servers (Windows 2003). Then I have a IBM 3310 tape unit. It has 5 drives installed and 80 LTO4 tapes 1.5 tb of space each. Any help would put me on the right track.
