I have these two new Windows Server 2008 64-bit servers that I just did full backups on:
6/4/2010 2:11:53 PM - requesting resource Windows_Servers
6/4/2010 2:11:53 PM - requesting resource ins-bkup2.NBU_CLIENT.MAXJOBS.ins-bkup2-m1
6/4/2010 2:11:53 PM - requesting resource ins-bkup2.NBU_POLICY.MAXJOBS.NetBackup_Servers
6/4/2010 2:11:54 PM - granted resource ins-bkup2.NBU_CLIENT.MAXJOBS.ins-bkup2-m1
6/4/2010 2:11:54 PM - granted resource ins-bkup2.NBU_POLICY.MAXJOBS.NetBackup_Servers
6/4/2010 2:11:54 PM - granted resource MediaID=@aaaaf;Path=\\ins-dskbkup4\Windows\windows_SU1;MediaServer=ins-bkup2
6/4/2010 2:11:54 PM - granted resource Windows_Servers
6/4/2010 2:11:54 PM - started process bpbrm (4296)
6/4/2010 2:11:54 PM - started
6/4/2010 2:11:59 PM - connecting
6/4/2010 2:12:00 PM - connected; connect time: 00:00:01
6/4/2010 2:13:00 PM - begin writing
6/4/2010 2:49:08 PM - Warning bpbrm(pid=4296) from client ins-bkup2-m1: WRN - can't open object: Shadow Copy Components:\System Service\Windows Management Instrumentation\WMI (BEDS 0xE0009421: No component files present on the snapshot.)
6/4/2010 2:55:36 PM - end writing; write time: 00:42:36
the requested operation was partially successful(1)

The job was successfully completed, but some files may have been
busy or unaccessible. See the problems report or the client's logs for more details.
After that I added the two servers to Client Attributes and switched to VSS for the open file backup.  Then when I did a cumulative incremental backup I got this:
6/4/2010 3:34:02 PM - requesting resource Windows_Servers
6/4/2010 3:34:02 PM - requesting resource ins-bkup2.NBU_CLIENT.MAXJOBS.ins-bkup2-m1
