NetBackup 6 MP6 System State - includes windows event logs?

Can someone confirm if NB backups - all local drives (which I believe includes system state) does backup windows event logs?

We have a contractual agreement to save windows security event logs, and I would like to have confirmation that these could be recovered via a restore.

I checked the NB 6 admin guide and couldn't find anything directly specifying this.

But make sure you do not move the event logs to a drive other than C:\
