NetBackup 7.1.0.1 (7.1 Maintenance Release 1) is now available!

I'm very pleased to announce that our first Maintenance Release for NetBackup 7.1 is now available!

This is a MAINTENANCE release (as opposed to a Release Update) - it can ONLY be applied on top of NetBackup 7.1.  (If you are running 7.0 or 7.0.1, you will need to upgrade to 7.1 before you can apply 7.1.0.1.)

...it looks like a few of the links in that TechNote haven't gone live yet.  They may need a few hours to update or wait for our network to catch up.  (As you will see, some of them contain some very large attachments!)

Actually, given our current delays posting here at Connect, by the time many of you actually SEE this response, all the hotfixes may indeed be available.  ;)

The techPDF http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC3941 might have an incorrect attribute. DOC3941 will be republished soon.

I have attached the 7.1.0.1 Release Notes PDF instead.

This is the same PDF that is attached to DOC3941.

Chinese, Japanese and French are being translated right now. They will be also available at the end of this month.
