We should decide what updates needs to be installed on Windows Server 2003, as there are a lot of Windows Updates missing now.
There is NetBackup 7.5.0.4 Master server running on it.
Could we possibly find any relevant TechNote or Compatibility Matrix which Microsoft Updates needs to be included/excluded?

No Symantec documentation (that I am aware of) goes into that level of detail.
The only place where required OS patches are mentioned is in Release Notes: http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC5041 under this topic: Product dependencies.
