NetBackup 7.6.1 fails to install on Solaris

I am trying to install NetBackup 7.6.1 on our solaris server. I get this error while installing the NetBackup server.

I am not sure how to resolve this. I would appreciate any help.

Please share details of your environment - 

Which Solaris version? 
SPARC or x86?

Which download (file name) did you use for NBU installation?

Can you share the NBU installation log?
(in /usr/openv/tmp)

You are missing a library file for whatever reason. More info needed as per Marianne.

Can we also have the details of the LD_LIBRARY_PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH_64 for your environment?
