NetBackup 7 not Cleaning up after itself

Guys,

Im having some trouble with NBU 7 Dedupe Pools not cleaning up after themselves.

I have 2 media server both will 12 TB's attached, and acording to windows they each have 1.2TB free and 2.46 TB free.

On the Netbackup Console it tells me that one with 1.2TB free is 100% full and the other has only has 1.2TB free.

Are there any utilities that i can run, to correct the situation at hand?
