NetBackup will not run without /usr/openv/db/bin/NB_dbsrv running

Hello,

I am running NetBackup 6.0 MP5 on RHEL 4 i386.  When I go to start NetBackup /etc/init.d/netbackup start I receive the error "NetBackup will not run without /usr/openv/db/bin/NB_dbsrv running"

I checked the log file in /usr/openv/db/log/server.log and see the following:

Error: Cannot open transaction log file -- Can't use log file "/usr/openv/db/data/NBDB.log" since it has been used more recently than the database file

I'm not a Sybase expert, but I am guessing this is saying that the transaction log sequence number doesn't match that in the database so it won't re-commit the transactions.

Just one question - how do I fix this?

The EMM NBDB got corrupted and I unfortunately ended up having to restore it from backup.  I didn't loose anything as the NBDB was backed up immediately before the problem started.
