Netbackup 6.5.4 java console error

i installed Netbackup 6.5 java console on my pc, unfortunately when i run reports i get the reports with wront time. i upgraded this console to 6.5.4 and now i cant view thr activity monitor, i get this java error:

error: java.lang.indexoutofboundsexception: index: 0, tab count: 0

I have tried all tricks with no joy.

Which tricks?

Did you try uninstalling & reinstalling?

Did you update the client and the java on your PC?

Did you use the correct packages? Apologies if this question is deemed inappropriate, but if I don't ask & they were incorrect ......

I presume your master is running at least 6.5.4?
