Netbackup 7.0 restore cannot be started

Hi, I would like to get help for the Netbackup 7.0 which under SUSE Linux platform.

There is one SUSE Linux server connect with 1 SUSE Linux and 2 AIX clients, all the backup jobs can be success completed. However, there is a problem when I try to start the restore use with Backup, Archive, and Restore Utility at server side.

The restore job can initiated and the restore task show ' In progress' on restore task log. But the restore job cannot start on activie monitor, no any action to pick up media from tape library and just only have "restore Start" and status is In progress on Restore Task log of Backup, Archive, and Restore Utility.

Anybody can help?

From the screenshot you supplied you may get more info if you tick the "Full Contents" box? Could be that it's merely waiting for tapes to be loaded but you're missing this in the output.

Select 'Auto Refresh' as well.

If it never shows up in Activity Monitor, have a look at bprd log on master to troubleshoot. If the directory does not exist, create it and restart NBU to enable logging.
