Netbackup 7.1 Client License can be used For Netbackup 6.5.4 Enviornment

Hi,

I have  backup enviorment on Netbackup 6.5.4 Version , by mistake I have got the netbackup 7.1 Standard client license. Can I use this license to take backp of client on netbackup 6.5.4 via 6.5.4 Master and media servers.

License keys are always issues at the current level. I believe a Netbackup 7.1 license will enable the same features on a NBU 6.5.x master/media server. License keys are only needed on the master/media server for standard backup/restore.

I m not sure but i think we can not use 7.1 std client with 6.5 Master server
