Hello,

I can successfuly back up GRT image but I'm not able to restore a message from the GRT backup. I went through many articles, several videos.

Configuration: 3 DAG servers, 2 CAS accessing by balancer, Netbackup 7.5.0.4,Exchange 2010 SP2

I thing I did everything what was mentioned in official doc and articles, backup is succesfull and I can see granular mailbox db items in NBU client. But restores finish with following errors in NBU and CAS system and application log.

In one Symantec video (http://www.symantec.com/tv/products/details.jsp?vid=736717729001) there was mentioned that one of  NOT supported disk storage unit is OpenStorage type which we use for the backup. In the same video there is also mentioned that the special exchange mailbox account shall be add to Exchange properties in CAS Client host properties. None of these 2 things are in official doc.

Client for NFS requested a mount with file locking enabled, and the remote Network File System (NFS) server does not support file locking.

Client for NFS mounted the shared resource anyway. File locking may not be available.

To avoid this warning in the future, enable file-locking suppport on the remote NFS server.

Thanks for ideas.

The problem was the special user had no mailbox created. When Exchange admin had created the mailbox, everything works perfectly.
